Halloween 5 (2025)
Something’s stirring again… and against all odds, so are Sylvester and Carrie.

After a year of missed messages, mysterious absences, and one very fed-up co-host, the Ghostbook returns for a Halloween episode that proves you can’t keep a good ghost (or a determined medium) down.

This time, the duo reunite for what may — or may not — be their final recording. Carrie’s sceptical as ever, ready to wrap things up and reclaim her sanity. Sylvester, on the other hand, has turned up late, full of “exciting developments,” and possibly carrying more chaos than a haunted house clearance.

Across a mix of bizarre headlines, questionable studies, and real-world hauntings, Da Silva Linings Ghostbook continues to walk that fine line between the supernatural and the spectacularly unqualified. From eerie rumours to the ethics of ghost-hunting in the social-media age, nothing is off limits — though accuracy might be.

With a sharp sense of humour and a healthy dose of disbelief, Carrie and Sylvester bring their signature mix of deadpan wit, paranormal nonsense, and oddly touching moments of humanity.

So, is this really the end for Ghostbook Podcast? Or just another chapter in the world’s most reluctant haunting?

You’ll have to listen to find out.

AFTER claiming to have spent the best part of New Year’s Eve battling otherworldly entities in a haunted house in Powys, an Abergavenny man has announced that 2025 will be a great year, if you’re a ghost.

English Heritage announced that across many of its properties in England – castles, abbeys, stately homes – there’s been a marked increase in reported “unexplained occurrences”: a faceless figure caught on CCTV at Chester Castle, disembodied piano music at Bolsover Castle, a ghostly hand at Belsay Hall in Northumberland.

A planned Halloween auction for the famed “Conjuring” horror series house was cancelled after a mystery buyer purchased the property weeks in advance.
The 8.5 acre property in Harrisville, RI was supposed to hit the market for a single-day auction on Oct. 31.
